A tiny budget can make an expensive lesson.
If your budget cannot support enough relevant traffic to learn from, results can be too sparse to guide decisions. Narrowing your target or waiting until you can fund a sensible test may be better than spreading a small budget across too much ground.
Do not buy calls nobody can answer.
A campaign cannot repair missing intake capacity. If calls go unanswered or follow-up stalls, fix staffing, response coverage, and handoffs before paying to send more people into that process.
Some markets do not fit your economics.
Competition, search demand, and the types of cases available can make a market difficult to sustain. Consider the value of a signed case and the likely acquisition cost before committing. Sometimes the right answer is a smaller geography or a more specific practice area.
Get the foundations in place.
Define the cases you want, confirm intake capacity, establish useful tracking, and decide what you can comfortably invest in a test. PPC is a tool, not a substitute for a business that is ready to handle new clients.
